Now I’m going to give you a few more super easy freezer meals!
This is one of our favorite meals to eat. Chili on hot dogs, chili in the winter with corn bread. You name the recipe I bet we like chili with it!
First gather your ingredients:
Here are all the ingredients minus the ground beef which was already in the pan simmering away.
3 lbs of ground beef
2 cans chili beans
1 can of Rotel
1 can of Diced Tomatoes
1 TBS of garlic minced
1 Medium Onion
dash of Arizona Hatch seasoning
sprinkle of Magic Unicorn Salt
2 Packets of MC Cormick Chili seasoning
Fry up your ground beef until cooked. Drain out the juices you don’t need them.
While ground beef is cooking put your chili beans, tomatoes, and seasonings all together in a bowl. Chop up your onion and put with goodies in bowl.
Once the beef is cooked dump your bowl of goodies into the pan and let simmer for 20-30 minutes until flavors have melted together
This is what your awesome chili should look like simmering away soaking up all those awesome flavors!
Once the simmering is done, take the pan off of the burner and let cool. Place your chili in bags. What I did was 2 quart bags so we could have hot dogs and chili and one gallon zip lock back for a meal. Make sure you label your bags (whoops forgot pictures of this step) with the date and what is in the bag so months from now you know what the heck you made!
